Tourists Are Thrown From Carriage As Stanley Park Horses Spooked By Car Horn Mount Curb In Scary Incident

Some unlucky tourists were taken for an unexpected ride in Vancouver`s Stanley Park a few years back when a beautiful pair of horses were spooked during an anti-pipeline protest whilst pulling a carriage they were riding on.

The startled Horses jumped the curb taking out a bench in the process and throwing tourists off the carriage, some passengers then decided to jump off the carriage fearing more carnage but thankfully the situation was diffused fairly quickly.

Luckily neither the horses or any tourists were hurt.

Stanley Park is a large public park in Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada spanning over 400 hectares (around 1000 acres).

It is worth nothing that most people have a great experience on the Stanley Park Carriage enjoying a calm tour pulled by the beautiful horses around a beautiful location just like the image above and this incident is very much a one off.
